The masterpiece of built-in gas ovens, a new generation of products, in

the size of 90cm for the most demanding gourmets. The design is in the

sign of continuity with Elba’s Line, featuring side controls, cool door and

seamless cavity.

The forced air convection gives further flexibility in terms of functionality

and the best cooking performance.

Innovative cooling tangential fan

system to keep the door and the front

panel at remarkably low and safe

temperatures.

The inner door frame, with graceful

curves and elegant smooth nishing,

features soft hinges to ensure easy

opening and closing.

The seamless cavity is tted with a

friendly dark grey enamel interior,

ensuring maximum energy efciency

and providing an easy to clean surface.

The oven cavity has increased in

size providing more volume with

a huge interior capacity, whilst still

maintaining the existing external

dimensions and featuring side controls.

The accessories, lateral supports and

grill element shape, have been designed

in order to maximize the internal usable

volume.

Electronic digital clock

with minute minder.

Closed door grilling to help food

retain natural juices, moisture,

enhancing avour and keeping

annoying are-ups to a minimum.

Closing the door also ensures that

heat is distributed evenly and food

is properly cooked and a more

even chrispy effect.

For those of us who are conscious

of the environment, it also ensures

that heat is used more efciently.

It is also an additional safety

measure of a household with

children.

The forced air convection mode

can be activated only with the

lower gas burner. Suitable for

delicate dishes that require heat

concentration at the base, whilst

gently cooking the top.

Two lights provide better illumination

within the oven cavity, so you can

keep control of the cooking process.
